SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are a small business and we know you will be excited about receiving your new items, so we aim to post your order the same or next business day, although there may be slight delays to this over bank holidays. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, with a choice of 1st or 2nd class signed for delivery.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect orders are available from either Harrogate or Ripon. Harrogate orders will be ready within 48 hours. We will message when ready to collect in store, from 28 Oxford Street, Harrogate, HG1 1PP. Orders can only be collected from Ripon on a Friday and must be placed by 5pm on a Wednesday. Ripon orders are collected from Halls of Ripon, 20 Fishergate, Ripon, HG4 1DY.

EXCHANGES

We know that sometimes it's hard to guess your size from an online picture so we are happy to exchange any unworn, unwashed items, complete with tags attached within our 14 day returns period. Please email us in the first instance to make sure we have the size you require.
